Proof of the Pudding is the New Caterer for Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2018

Informa U.S. Boat Shows has partnered with award-winning catering company Proof of the Pudding to provide new culinary and mixology experiences to multiple major South Florida yachting events starting with Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2018.

Proof of the Pudding will be overseeing all the food and beverage areas throughout the world’s largest in-water boat show. This Southern-based catering company has 39 years of experience in the food service and management industry with a focus on upscale dining.

Proof of the Pudding will be offering both portable and stationary concession offerings. Themed “Ports of Call” food stations offering Mexican, Italian, Caribbean, Greek, and French cuisine are planned specifically for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2018.

Executive chef Vagn Nielsen and mixologist Anthony Schuch will collaborate with local providers and brewers to give attendees exciting food and beverage options unique to the South Florida region. With this value on fresh and locally-sourced ingredients, Proof of Pudding aims to offer a varied selection of gourmet dishes, specialty cocktails, premium wines, and craft beers.

From October 31st to November 4th, the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show 2018 will be held at Bahia Mar, an ideally located South Florida marina. Thousands of exhibitors and yachting industry professionals will flock to the “Yachting Capital of the World.”

This year, attendees of the boat show will be treated to a unique culinary experience provided by Proof of the Pudding!
